- Malcolm Johnson

The principal, Malcolm Johnson is a solicitor with over 12 years'
experience in personal injury.
Malcolm is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel as
well as the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He lectures for
Central Law Training on Claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.

Malcolm also lectures on child abuse compensation claims for the
Association of Child Abuse Lawyers. You can see details of their

Malcolm has appeared on both television and radio to talk about his
work.
Malcolm has co-authored two legal textbooks, Child Abuse
Compensation Claims and Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau
both published by the Law Society. He has also written a number of
legal articles.
Malcolm is the Co-ordinator of the Association of
Child Abuse Lawyers, an organisation set up to improve compensation
awards for victims of child abuse. Malcolm Johnson & Co. runs ACAL’s
helpline and is responsible for the administration of the
Association.
Malcolm is a governor of a local school, Chessington Community
College, a member of Kingston Chamber of Commerce and a Councillor
for Mole Valley District Council.
- Chantal Butler

Chantal joined the firm in January 2003. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and the Association
of Child Abuse Lawyers. She is also a member of the Association of
Personal Injury Lawyers and works on both our child abuse
and personal injury cases. Chantal is a member of Amicus and
Reprieve, organisations that provide support for prisoners on death row in the
United States.
- Rebecca Graham-Taylor

Rebecca joined the firm in May 2005. She is a full time paralegal, assisting Malcolm Johnson with his
casework.
Rebecca is at present undertaking a course with the Institute of Legal
Executives at Kingston College of Law and intends to qualify as a solicitor. She
assists our co-ordination work with the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers and
is also member of that Association.
Denise Tucker

Denise joined the firm in November 2005. She came to us from the Kingston
Centre for Independent Living where she was chair of the “Say No to Charging
Campaign”. She is a paralegal and works part time.
Denise is working mainly on the firm’s special needs trusts and any welfare
benefits issues that arise with our existing clients. She also assists with our
co-ordination work for the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers. She intends to
qualify as a legal executive.
