Protection Of Children (Tobacco) Act 1986

This Act amends the Children and Young Person Act 1933 to make it an offence to sell any tobacco product to persons under the age of sixteen and for connected purposes.
Section 1 gives the amendment of Section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. Section 2 sets out provisions that apply in Scotland. Section 3 provides the short title, extent and commencement.
