Sections 23 to 25 amends the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, and introduces parenting contracts. Either a local authority or a registered social landlord can enter into such a contract with parents.
Section 39 amends the Protection of Children Act 1978 to allow for forfeiture of indecent photographs irrespective of the power that they have been seized under.
