OBSCENE PUBLICATIONS ACT 1964

The purpose of the Act is to strengthen the law for preventing the publication for gain of obscene matter and the publication of things intended for the production of obscene matter.

Section 1 provides the offence for obscene articles intended for publication for gain.  Section 2 sets out provisions regarding the negatives etc. for production of obscene articles.
