OBSCENE PUBLICATIONS ACT 1959

Section 1 provides the test of obscenity.  Section 2 prohibits the publication of obscene matter.  Section 3 sets out the powers of search and seizure.  Section 4 provides the defence of public good.  Section 5 states the citation, commencement and extent.
