NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE ACT 1977

Part I applies to services and administration.  Section 1 imposes a duty on the Secretary of State to promote a comprehensive health service.  Section 2 provides the general powers to the Secretary of State as to the services provided.

The Act is generally administrative and financial based.
