THE LONDON AUTHORITIES (CHILDREN) ORDER 1965

(SI 1965 No. 554)

This order makes transitional arrangements with respect to the transfer of cases dealt with by the children’s service of a county or county borough council dissolved by the London Government Act 1963 and cases in areas transferred to Greater London that are dealt with by the children’s service of a county altered by that Act, consequent on the establishment by that Act as children authorities of the councils of London boroughs and the Common Council of the City of London.
