LOCAL AUTHORITIES (GOODS AND SERVICES) ACT 1970

The Act makes further provisions with respect to the supply of goods and services by local authorities to certain public bodies.

Section 1 applies to the supply of goods and services by local authorities.  Section 2 is supplemental.
