INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES (SUPPLY) ACT 1985

This Act prohibits the supply to persons under the age of 18 of certain substances which may cause intoxication if inhaled.  Section 1 provides and explains the offence of the supply of an intoxicating substance.
Section 2 sets out the short title, commencement and extent.
