Provisions applying to young offenders are set out in Sections 34 – 37.  Section 36 provides details on enforcement of fines imposed on young offenders.  Section 37 applies to supervision orders.

Miscellaneous provisions are set out in Part IV.  Section 54 relates to inciting a girl under sixteen to have incestuous sexual intercourse.  Section 58 apply to proceedings involving persons under 17.
