The Malcolm Johnson & Co team constantly keep up to date with the changing legal landscape that affects their work. Over the years they have built up processes and systems to make sure that new cases are understood and existing knowledge is conserved. Now some of these have been opened to the public.

Malcolm Johnson & Co solicitors are providing access to their own statute and caselaw notes as well as a blog of their professional opinion on notable issues for free in the hope that they might prove valuable to researchers, students and professionals alike.

Statute and Statutory Instruments

The Statute database provides access to hundreds of notes on statutes relevant to personal injury law dating back to 1824.  The statute database , the product of years of development, is  unique in its comprehensive hand-edited notes on relevant legislation.

Case Law

Similar to the statute law database the case law database provides a complete understanding of its contents. Split into child abuse cases and motor insurance bureau cases it run-down of the most important issues surrounding those cases, Whilst not meant as a substitute for a reading of the case itself the case law database has proved highly valuable in saving time and allowing for quick fact-checking.

Publications

The solicitors at Malcolm Johnson & Co are often involved in contributing to journals and other publications. In the publications a small sample of some of the latest publications are available for reading at no cost.

This section has comments enabled, allowing a free-flow of ideas and comments between ourselves and learned readers.
