We cannot guarantee to take on your claim. If your claim lies outside our expertise or there is some other reason why we cannot help you, we will always do our best to refer you to another solicitor.

What we can do for you

• Get your case started. We offer all of our personal injury clients a free initial hour’s consultation.
  
  
• Make sure you obtain maximum compensation for your case. We can advise you about claiming the cost of medical and nursing care, as well as loss of earnings.
  
  
• Advise you about public funding for your case. We hold a Specialist Quality Mark for personal injury work. This means we are approved to do this type of work by the Legal Services Commission and we can obtain public funding for your case where appropriate.
  
  
• Offer you a “No win, No fee” agreement. We do NOT charge a fee if you do not obtain compensation.
  
  
• We are members of Accident Line, the Law Society approved legal expenses insurance scheme.  If your case is eligible, we can only offer this type of legal expenses insurance to you.  If not, then we can try to arrange an alternative legal expenses package for you.  In all cases, we always check whether a potential client already has legal expenses insurance, for instance a household insurance policy.
  
  
• Setting up a Special Needs Trust for you to protect your benefits when you receive compensation.
