Section 1 – 5 applies to England and Wales and Northern Ireland. Section 1 relates to the conspiracy to commit certain sexual acts outside the United Kingdom. Section 2 relates to incitement to commit certain sexual acts outside the United Kingdom.
Section 6 sets out the Scottish Provision. Section 6(9) states the listed sexual offences including those involving a person under the age of 16.
Section 7 is a general section.
