The Nurseries And Child-Minders Regulation Act 1948

Section 1 provides details regarding the registration of nurseries and child minders.  Section 2 gives a power to impose requirements in connection with registration.  Section 3 sets out the certificates to registration.  Section 4 provides penalties for failure to register and for breach of requirements under section 2.  Section 7 provides details as to inspection.
