Employment Of Children In Entertainment 1933, no. 971

Regulation 1 requires an application to the local authority for a licence to enable a child to take part in entertainment.  Regulation 2 provides that if a licence is granted it shall be subject to the restrictions and conditions specified in the Second Schedule.  Regulation 3 requires that the holder of the licence informs the local authority seven days before the child takes part in the entertainment.  Regulation 4 requires requests to be made in writing in order to vary or extend the licence.
