Accessibility
We have worked to make this site open and accessible to as wide an audience as possible. To do so, and to ensure a better experience for all users, the site has been tested against WCAG guidelines, however if you have any suggestions or feedback please feel free to use the form to the right (click ‘email’) to contact us.

If any of the currently used access keys conflicts with a shortcut used by your screen reader, please contact us.

Upgrade your browser
Whilst we have made reasonable efforts to ensure that our site functions correctly across different browsers and operating systems, there may be times when legacy browsers struggle to provide the best user experience. As such, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your browser. Download links are provided below:
Please note our policy on external links. For the best browsing experience on this website, we recommend the use of the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
Required Software
In addition to a compatible browser, parts of this site require the use of Adobe Acrobat.
Font Sizes
Font size can be modified using your browser’s accessibility tools as well as through tools built in to this website. At the top left of each page of our site there is text stating ‘larger | smaller’; clicking such will allow you to increase and decrease the size of the on-screen text. If the use of such does not enlarge the text sufficiently for your needs then please view the BBC guide on how to make text larger in your browser.
Standards
We currently meet the following web accessibility standards:
- US Government Section 508
- Disability Discrimination Act
- W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Priority 1 & 2 (through the use of JavaScript modifiers)
Compliance with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is partial, though under development.
