
Malcolm Johnson
The principal, Malcolm Johnson is a solicitor with 5 years’ experience in personal injury.
Malcolm is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel as well as the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He lectures for Central Law Training on Claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. You can see details of this course on CLT’s website.
Malcolm also lectures on child abuse compensation claims for the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.
Malcolm has appeared on both television and radio to talk about his work.
Malcolm has co-authored two legal textbooks, Child Abuse Compensation Claims and Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau both published by the Law Society. He has also written a number of legal articles.
Malcolm is the Co-ordinator of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers, an organisation set up to improve compensation awards for victims of child abuse. Malcolm Johnson & Co. runs ACAL’s helpline and is responsible for the administration of the Association.
Malcolm is a governor of a local school, Chessington Community College, a member of Kingston Chamber of Commerce and a Councillor for Mole Valley District Council.
