
- Malcolm Johnson

The principal, Malcolm Johnson is a solicitor with 15 years’ experience in personal injury.
Malcolm is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel as well as a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He lectures for Central Law Training on Claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. You can see details of this course on CLT’s website. Malcolm also holds a Diploma in Trusts and Estates from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Malcolm also lectures on child abuse compensation claims for the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.
Malcolm has appeared on both television and radio to talk about his work.
Malcolm has co-authored two legal textbooks, Child Abuse Compensation Claims and Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau both published by the Law Society. He is a contributor to the Encycolpedia of Insurance Law published by Sweet and Maxwell and the author of several articles. To view these Articles please click here.
Malcolm is the Co-ordinator of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers, an organisation set up to improve compensation awards for victims of child abuse. Malcolm Johnson & Co. runs ACAL’s helpline and is responsible for the administration of the Association.
Malcolm is a governor of a local school, Chessington Community College, a member of Kingston Chamber of Commerce and a Councillor for Mole Valley District Council. He is also chair of trustees at Kingston Centre for Independent Living.
