Sex offender arrested in Dublin

The BBC reports that a sex offender from Scotland, who broke his bail conditions has been arrested in Dublin.  The man was seen getting on a ferry to Northern Ireland. He had broken Sexual Offenders Register conditions and failed to answer bail over child abuse image charges. His details had been posted on the Child Exploitation and Online Protection website.
