Jersey child abuse victims “owed apology”
The BBC reports on how the Home Affairs Minister for Jersey has said that the government of the island should say sorry for what has happened. So far there have been four convictions as part of the ongoing historic abuse inquiry, which have included allegations against ex-staff at the former children’s home Haut de la Garenne.
