Teenage Abuser jailed for rape

A 15 year old was jailed for raping a seven year old boy. He had already been sentenced to a three year community order for another sex attack on a seven year old, and there had been a previous attack in 2006 on a child.

He was also banned from working with children and placed on the sex offenders register. He was jailed for an indefinite sentence.

Do you think this abuser should never be released? Or should he be released if it is felt that he poses no danger to children?
