Paedophile kept drugs worth £15k in caravan

August 4th, 2009 by Malcolm

The Northampton Chronicle reports how police found thousands of pounds of drugs in a paedophile’s caravan. The man was charged with multiple sexual assaults against children, one as young as nine. He was also charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

The man was also charged with an indecent assault upon a ten year old in Spain.

Apparently he would entice children into his caravan with alcohol, treats and use of his computer.

Sections 72 to 79 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 deal with offences against children perpetrated outside the United Kingdom. It is now possible to prosecute paedophiles who offend abroad.
