Paedophile convicted of abusing boys he met at football match

An abuser from Leicestershire has been convicted of five counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual grooming. He abused boys whom he met at football matches. It transpired that he had previous offences against children.
Section 9 to 15 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 set out a series of “child sex offences”, including causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, arranging or facilitating commission of a child sex offence and meeting a child following sexual grooming.
